Have you ever heard of Funko Pop? If not, there is still a good chance you have seen them before. They have big heads and a small body. They come in different characters from all across pop culture. From superheroes such as Iron Man and Batman, to television icons such as Peter Griffin, to even iconic musicians like Michael Jackson and Sabrina Carpenter, Funko has it all! Funko also has a large range of different products that you can choose from so let’s take a look. 

Funko Pop

Let’s start at the regular. Regular Funko Pops have large heads and small bodies. Some heads shake and some stay still. Every Funko Pop is unique. Even if it is the same character there are usually different variations of them such as a glitter variant or even translucent Funko Pops. Funkos come from different franchises so every person has a Funko Pop that resonates with them. You can also create your own Funko Pop on their website!

“My  favorite Funko Pops that were released were the first wave of Funko Pops for BTS,” junior Angelina Altamirano said. “Those are my favorite because those were the first Funko Pops for my favorite band that was released.”

Bitty Pop

Recently Funko has been releasing a new variation called Bitty Pop. These are basically Funko Pops but they are 0.9 inches tall! Packages usually come with four characters with one of them being a mystery character. Funko has made Bitty Pops for some of the following franchises:

Funko Gold

Moving onto the next version of Funko Pops… Funko Gold. Now Funko Gold is VERY different from regular pop. Funko Golds are action figures based on different iconic celebrities. There are figures of NBA stars such as Lebron James and Pops based on influencers such as Bella Porch. Sometimes there are limited edition ones.

Keychains

Funko often makes keychains of regular Funko Pops. These are mostly easier to find as they are usually found in stores such as Five Below and Target. Sometimes Funko does exclusives to keychains meaning you can only get them on the website or in a store. Not all characters get Funko Pop keychains however. But depending on the franchise keychains can drop alongside a massive collection drop.

Funko Soda

Funko Sodas are NOT what they sound like. They are not a drink. They are actually 4.25 inch vinyl figures that come in a soda can. These figures also have chase variants that you have a ⅙ chance of getting. There are also jumbo versions depending on the size of the character you want to get. These are very common to find and aren’t pricey.

Popsies

Popsies are adorable Funko figures that have a very cute greeting to them. Sometimes it’s based on the franchise that the character is from, but other times it could be greetings based on the holiday such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day. Funko doesn’t make these often, but when they do it is super adorable.

Exclusives 

Funko often releases exclusives for their new releases. Apart from the standard edition Funko’s which are usually available everywhere, exclusives can sometimes be only available in certain stores or on the Funko website only. Though they are hard to get, they are super worth it. Sometimes it might be a diamond version of already existing Funkos or an entirely NEW Funko! Sometimes the Funkos will come in a two pack.
