Have you ever noticed a particular issue that needs to be fixed in East Islip High School? Do you desire to stand up and create a change for the better for both teachers and students? Well, look no further than PAC, or the Principal Advisory Committee.
If you notice a particular concept that requires improvement, there are PAC Representatives assigned for each grade that you can talk to. The person who notices the issue should report the problem to their grade’s PAC Representative, and as a result, the PAC Representative will report the issue at their monthly meeting involving our principal, Mr. Bernard. All students can submit their ideas or concerns through a form located on the Student Square app. At these meetings, Mr. Bernard, PAC representatives, and advisors Ms. Boucher and Mrs. Lopiccolo, generally discuss rules, activities, as well as any (appropriate) concerned students express.
Within only a couple of months here at East Islip High School, the PAC team has already took a major role in organizing certain events, such as the Pep Rally, the Club Fair, Student Connect Day, as well as our yearly Homecoming events such as the parade and dance. It is well-proven that all the members involved with the Principal Advisors Committee are giving their all to support everyone involved here at East Islip High School, so it is encouraged that all people, no matter how involved you already are and will be, assist PAC and it’s advisors and representatives, as well as other assistive programs to make East Islip High School the ultimate best it could possibly be!
Here are the representatives:
Class of 2024 – Kiley Nolan
Class of 2025 – Anna Franchi
